Shipping & Returns

Items can be returned and substituted with a new one of the same type, only if they've been completely damaged during transportation. The damaged item has to be returned to our delivery driver on the same day! Once we receive the item at our shop, we will inspect it and a member of customer service will contact you to arrange a replacement! 

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation is requested via phone +44/ 2036171051, or email: info@fruitygift.co.uk at least 48 hours prior the delivery date. 

Orders can be rescheduled for an alternative delivery date if a request is submitted via email: info@fruitygift.co.uk 48 hours prior to the original delivery date.

To cancel your order, please call Fruity Gift on +44/ 2036171051 to check the status of your order, and whether your order is presently on route or has already been delivered. 

We can't offer a refund if you change your mind after delivery takes place!
Our Refund policy is in accordance with the statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Orders placed for the Same-Day Delivery, can not be canceled and are non-refundable!
